(see Jo's reflection for an explanation) So this week was a LOT of fun because I tried new things. I boldly went where no spider-artist has ever gone before! ....or something. Better than the new and improved poses that I got to draw, though, is the fact that we've finally gotten in a PROPER homage to Dr. Suess - my all-time cartooning idol!! Seriously, I take a lot of influence from his style (the rest is a combination of Chuck Jones and 40's and 50's style cartooning). So it makes me proud to offer this little tribute to his Thing 1 and Thing 2. Now the Spiders are Twin 1 and Twin 2. Clever, no? =D

Sis really got outside the box and tried new things, which means I tried new things too. ^.^ Since we didn't run our anti-Valentine's Day comic (stupid ressim-fessim Hallmark holiday designed to make single people feel worse...), I'd like to take a moment out to discuss that all important day. I. HATE. VALENTINE'S DAY! It's such crap!! Just another attempt by the capitalist pig-dogs to keep us, poor, oppressed, single people down! Well DAMN THE MAN, I say!!
